Bangkok welcomes world-acclaimed Alain Passard

Bangkok, 12th June 2017. Bangkok’s Top Chefs prepared a worthy welcome party for Alain Passard, the worlds best chef, last night in Bangkok. A great party and dinner with the delicious creations of the city’s culinary masterminds. It all started with Uni on pickled roots and clams by Chef Tim Butler/EAT ME, followed by Brittany langoustine by Chef Arnaud Sauthier/Le Normandie and Berkshire pork belly with green pea dumpling by Chef Mirco Keller/Water Library, followed by Chef Ton/Le Du version of Khao Soi. The main course was a fantastic Challans duck by Chef Arnaud followed by a refreshing milk sorbet and lemon jus dessert again by Chef Mirco. The evening ended with cheeses from the famous Maison Bordier and Amantee breads…and a lot of jokes between the chefs and guest, who were mingling until late. An event that not only Monsieur Passard, but all invited VIP guests enjoyed tremendously and which should be repeated again soon![:th]Bangkok, 12th June 2017.
